Shhhhhhh.....!

Don't tell Punky I showed you first!

The cake is finished! It's Muno! It's Ice Cream....! It's two of Le Punk's favourite things!

I've never made an ice cream cake before - but with the weather predicted to be something like 41 or 42 degrees tomorrow, it made perfect sense to try my hand at it...! I hope it looks good when it's cut - there is a layer of chocolate with crushed malteasers, vanilla with honeycomb, chocolate with crushed flake & another layer of vanilla with honeycomb, topped off with vanilla ice cream with red food colouring & copious amounts of jaffas...! The pupil & mouth are choccy ice magic. It looks pretty home-made, but what do you expect with ice cream...?! It was really hot today too - I had to keep returning it to the freezer as I "decorated" it, so that it wouldn't just be a sweet sticky puddle with candy floating in it....

So is it too late to invite myself to Punky's birthday so I can sample some of the Best Cake Ever?!
