It is incredibly rare that I have something ‘in-progress’ or ‘finished’ to share when I am playing along with Kirsty’s busy meme (Thursday just doesn’t seem to be a good day for me, I’m always ‘about to start…’ or ‘…finished days ago…’), & today is no exception.
Today I am still coughing, sneezing & complaining, listening to Punky cough which hurts me more than anything the flu could inflict on my body, & hoping to find the energy to get something, anything, at the very least started today – my ‘to do’ list for the next few weeks is crazy-long, & I feel I don’t have the luxury of ignoring it for any great period of time.
On today’s wish-list I have fabric to cut for a (small, hopefully eaaaaaaaaaaaasy) quilt for bubba#2 & a long inventory of things that need to be painted, but as I type I am already feeling exhausted by the idea of starting any of it!
I will try to think positive thoughts. Have an orange. Fuel up on tea. Breathe.
Wish me luck……
