I was thinking…

…today, for a few reasons, about ending my blog. I was pretty sure I was going to do it too. Like, if I hadn’t had to go pick up Punk from Kindy I would have written a farewell post kind of sure.

Then I went to the oppy & I realised that if I did that, if I said “goodbye”, I would have nobody to share stuff like this with.

Nobody would “get it”.

So…. you’re stuck with me.

  2. I would miss you, you can never leave us! I would organize some kinda craft protest out the front of your house with knitting needles, crochet hooks, wool, embroidery floss and when would camp there and craft until you blogged again! ;P

  7. I am so glad that you have decided against ending your blog! I love to see your op shop gold! It inspires me to try harder for the next good thing! Its kind of a good thing that we are not perusing the same oppies as it seems we would be picking up the same stuff!

I love the way you write your blog. Its fun, funny and rather special I think! Please keep it up! I would miss you for sure!

  9. I am so glad you changed your mind (and not just because I just organised my (not very exciting) photos from our walk inspired by you, ready to post tomorrow!). I have an almost matching yellow tablecloth (but more faded and stained)... and love vintage sesame street too... (really glad you stayed!!)

  11. PS meaning thank god you're decided against it.
although I understand I've felt like that too, but then felt exactly the same thing about not getting it.
I love you to bits Missy and life would be sooooo much worse without you. OK?
PPS what happened to the Frock up Friday post today, I tried to comment, wanting to join in , but it said it didn't exist.
PPPS you're probably wishing you wished you had finished your blog right about now ;)

  16. I'd have taken it personally - having just spent the afternoon taking photos and formulating a post for the synchronised travel thing and it being the first time I've joined in one of these joint ventures I'd have been scarred if you hadn't been here today.....or tomorrow.

  18. I wouldn't say I have a love/hate relationship with my blog - more like/disinterest. I think it's better to let blogs grow and die back organically than to take the time to pronounce them dead. Coz it'd be a bit embarrassing to be back the next week bursting with amazing things you found stuck to the bottom of your shoe.
